KILL My Mortgage!!!

This page will summarize my mortgage payments and over-payments (in percentages) as I kill my mortgage!

*****

I purchased my home in December 2012.  Following an aggressive pay-down schedule, I paid off approximately 33% (okay 32.95%) in 3 years.  With the start of this blog in January 2016, I have made the firm decision to slow down the over-payments in order to invest funds into the stock market (diversification!) and to save $$$ for my Rewire-in-10 goals.

Target Pay-off Date is December 2025 - i.e. 13 years door-to-door (17 years early).
